Tour Cancellation and Merge Notice - Tour Code: JF0425
Due to the current conflict in Israel, services in the region have been rendered inoperable and the tour has been suspended. A handling fee of $200 will be assessed for each tour member at this time as per our terms and conditions. Please note that this penalty is essential for covering administrative and operational costs associated with the cancellation.
The tour will now be merging with a 2025 tour - JF0425 - from April 22 - May 2, 2025. Please send an email to info@madisontravel.com stating your intent to merge with the new tour dates. You will also have the option to apply your handling fee as a $200 credited, non-refundable deposit for the new tour.
For those not able to join on the JF0425 tour, please send an email to info@madisontravel.com stating your decision not to merge with the new tour dates. Refunds for your tour packages, less $200 handling fee and any associated credit card fees will be processed as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as we are working through many tour group cancellations at this time.
