Marketing Specialist

  • Ability to research and write original travel marketing content
  • Strong written and editorial skills
  • Proficiency in Publisher, MailChimp, WordPress, and Canva
  • Research and write original travel marketing content
  • Build new email campaigns
  • Develop timely promotions 
  • Create marketing materials in Canva, Publisher, and MailChimp
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Maintain and improve website and tour-specific pages
  • Create promotional brochures for tours
  • Assist with light office administrative work
  • Assist with setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events
  • Work in-office at our Huntington Beach office
  • 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday

Administrative Assistant

This role provides support to our employees, assists in daily office needs and manages our company’s general administrative activities. 

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Handle administrative requests and queries
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Work in-office at our Huntington Beach office
  • 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
